Off Rarotonga, blue marlin get going in earnest from November through to March-April. That said, the fish are mostly smaller blues averaging just under 100 kg, while yellowfin, skipjack, and mahimahi can be targeted year-round. Around July, wahoo push in alongside the humpback whale migration. Both share and charter options, with Shimano-tackle trolling the standard.
