Open year-round (closed Tuesdays and New Year holidays). The marine fishing pond has red seabream, while the pier has black seabream, horse mackerel, sea bass, fat greenling, striped beakfish, flounder, rockfish and more.
Fukuoka and Hakata Bay are mild, but the northwest seasonal wind is strong in winter. Summers are hot and humid, and there is a lot of rain in the rainy and typhoon seasons.
