Located on the Gulf of Thailand side (Cha-Am / Phetchaburi province) with a tropical monsoon climate. Mid-December to mid-March is the dry season and June-October is the rainy season. Daytime highs are around 30-34C.
The fishing seats are roofed salas that can handle rain. There are indoor facilities such as a pool and jacuzzi. In bad weather you can shop and sightsee in the town of Hua Hin/Cha-Am (about 10-25 min by car).
