Hua Hin Airport (HHQ) is the nearest. When using international flights, going overland from Bangkok (BKK/DMK) is common. A brackish/saltwater park attached to the Jurassic Mountain Resort in Cha-Am. It can be visited on a day tour from Bangkok and Hua Hin. About 25 min by car from central Hua Hin, about 20-25 min from HHQ.

Open year-round with roofed salas, fishing possible all year. With bait fishing you can target giant grouper (116 lb), barramundi (30 lb+) and more. Suitable for fly/lure.
For GT Snapper The classic approach is popping/casting a diving pencil or popper across the surface; when fish are shy, jigging a heavy metal jig also works.
