The headline is Chumphon Pinnacle, 10km northwest of Koh Tao and about a 45-minute boat ride from the main-island pier. A submerged granite pinnacle rising from 35m to 14m holds schooling GT, barracuda, snapper and grouper, with sailfish moving in from open water too.
