GT/Popping・Jigging
The best season is the dry season from December to June. The seas are calm with plenty of clear weather, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Fishing for GT and tuna as well as diving are centered on this period. Visibility is also higher in the dry season. July-November is the rainy season with rough seas and a high risk of typhoons and storms, making cancellations frequent, so it is unsuitable. Note that even in the dry season, winds are strong from November to early March (especially December-February).

For GT The classic approach is popping/casting a diving pencil or popper across the surface; when fish are shy, jigging a heavy metal jig also works.
