Climate & what to wear source

An inland tropical rainforest climate on Bintan Island with an annual average of about 27C, summer all year. Rain is heavy throughout the year with November-December wettest and February and June-September relatively drier. The pond has roofed pavilions, making it usable even in light rain.

If the sea gets rough source

There are roofed pavilions, so you can keep fishing in light rain. If the ferry is cancelled due to bad weather, wait it out at an indoor facility in downtown Tanjung Pinang.
