The Taipei area has two airports: Songshan Airport (TSA) and Taoyuan International Airport (TPE). This venue is in western New Taipei City (the Shulin-Yingge area near the Taoyuan City boundary), relatively close to Taoyuan TPE. A western location with relatively easy access from Taoyuan TPE. From Taipei Station, take the MRT or TRA toward Shulin/Xinzhuang (nearest station, buses and walking route unconfirmed).
