How to fish here

Built around charters running from Tutukaka Marina out to prime grounds like the Poor Knights Islands. Snapper and kingfish are in season from summer into autumn. Big-game targets like marlin and mahimahi peak roughly Dec-Apr when they push in along the east coast of the North Island, and striped marlin build in numbers from Feb-May. Broadbill are on the cards too.
